For DIRECT bookings via reception or our homepage

• in case of no-show 100%
• within 14 days before arrival 50%
• within 30 to 14 days before arrival 30%
• up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge

Pets

Dogs are allowed in our hotel.

Costs: € 4,00 per day without food.

Please let us know before your arrival if you want to bring your four-legged friend with you.

Local tax

Local tax 2,20 EUR per person per night

Smoke-free zone

Smoking is not permitted in our house nor in the rooms and suites. We ask for your understanding.

Arrival / departure

Check in on the day of arrival from 2 pm. Check out on the day of departure by 10 am.

Children

We welcome children of all ages. However, please note that children under 16 are not allowed in the wellness area.
