Our hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location near the centre of Mayrhofen. Only 5 minutes walk from the main street / shopping mile of Mayrhofen and only 10 minutes walk from the Mayrhofen mountain lifts.
The Hotel Rose is located in the heart of the Zillertal Alps and is a perfect starting point for all kinds of discoveries. The dreamlike surroundings are an absolute eye-catcher in winter as well as in summer and a popular postcard panorama.
The following highlights in the area should not go unmentioned: Golfclub Zillertal in Uderns, Erlebnistherme (adventure spa) in Fügen and the only year-round skiing area in Austria - the Hintertux Glacier.

Arrival by car
Take the Inntal motorway A12 (toll sticker required) to the Zillertal exit and from there continue for approx. 30 km on the Zillertal federal road no. 169 to Mayrhofen. Pass the Mayrhofen railway station, take the entrance in the middle to the left and then stay on this road straight ahead. Pass the post office, crossroads and school and you will come to another crossroads (colourful round KARG house on the right with the "el toro" restaurant). Turn left into Brandbergstraße. You will see the Hotel Rose in front of you!

Arrival by train
By train (ÖBB - Austrian railways) to Jenbach station and from there approx. 35km by Zillertalbahn or Zillertalbus to Mayrhofen. From there it is a walk (approx. 5-10 minutes) or a short taxi ride to our hotel.
